Welcome to Calzaioli Apartment!

To better organize your stay in our historic home, please read these instructions carefully:

1. Check-in & Check-out:

Check-in starts from 4:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys inside the apartment.

2. Luggage Management (Self Check-in):

* Early Arrival: If you arrive before 4:00 PM, you can store your luggage in the common area. We will provide the access codes. Once the apartment is ready, you will receive a message to proceed with the check-in.

Late Departure: If your train or flight is in the afternoon after the 10:00 AM check-out, you can leave your luggage in the common area and collect it later using your codes.

3. Instructions & Codes:

A few days before arrival, you will receive detailed instructions. For your security, you will receive three codes: The first for the main building entrance. The second for the common area (luggage storage). The third (provided on the day of arrival) for the safety box containing the apartment keys.

4. Environmental Respect:

Please turn off air conditioning and lights whenever you leave to protect the environment and save energy.

5. Bathroom Usage:

This is a historic building; the plumbing is sensitive. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper to prevent clogging and flooding.

6. Kitchen & Cleaning:

Please wash and put away any used dishes. Professional cleaning does not include dishwashing.

7. Waste:

Upon departure, please take your trash to the bins near Orsanmichele Church or in Via dei Medici.

8. Furniture:

Moving furniture or beds is not allowed to protect the historic floors.
