1. Booking and Payment: The booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment. The final balance must be paid according to the terms established.

2. Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. After this period, the full amount will be charged.

3. Tourist Tax: Mandatory for the City of Florence: €6 per night per adult. Children up to 12 years old are exempt. To be paid upon check-in.

4. Identity Documents (Mandatory): Identity document details for all guests will be requested during the booking process. Documents must be sent strictly before check-in. By law, if documents are not provided, we cannot register guests with the authorities; therefore, access codes to the apartment will not be provided.

5. Instructions and Codes: You will receive the first codes a few days before arrival. The final code for the keys will be sent on the day of check-in, only provided that all guests' documents have been submitted.

6. Liability and Damages: Guests are liable for any property damage. Specifically: Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet (flooding risk). Moving furniture or beds is strictly prohibited. Lost keys will result in a charge for lock replacement.

7. Video Surveillance: The common luggage area is monitored by CCTV for security reasons, in compliance with GDPR.
