Protecting your personal data is a priority for our family management. Your information will be processed in compliance with current regulations for the following purposes:

1. Data Controller and Manager: The Data Controller is Mr. Renzo Latini (Owner). The operational management and data processing are handled by the owner's son as the property manager.

2. Legal Obligations (Alloggiati Web): According to Italian Law (Art. 109 TULPS), we are required to submit the identity document details of all guests to the local police authorities. Providing documents is mandatory and must be done before check-in. By law, if documents are not provided, we cannot grant access to the apartment.

3. Video Surveillance: For the security of your belongings and the property, the common area (luggage storage) is monitored by CCTV. Images are processed electronically, are not shared with third parties, and are kept only for the necessary time. Access is strictly limited to the owner/manager for security checks in case of incidents or theft.

4. Booking Management: Your data (name, email, phone) will be used to manage your reservation, send access codes, and for any communication regarding your stay.

5. Your Rights: You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time, except for information we are legally required to keep for tax or public security purposes.
