Situato nel cuore pulsante di Firenze, in Via Calzaioli, questo appartamento combina il fascino di una dimora storica con il massimo comfort climatico.

Tutti gli ambienti sono completamente climatizzati; inoltre, per chi preferisce un ricircolo d'aria più naturale o non ama l'aria condizionata, sono presenti anche delle pale a soffitto per rinfrescare piacevolmente le stanze.

​L'alloggio è ideale per 4 persone ed è così composto:

​Camera da letto: Ampia e accogliente con letto matrimoniale. ​

Zona Giorno: Un grande soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e una poltrona letto singola per la massima flessibilità.

​Cucina: Completamente attrezzata per ogni vostra esigenza. ​

Bagno: Recentemente rinnovato, dotato di un moderno e ampio box doccia.

1. Historic Building & Access: The apartment is located on the third floor of a prestigious historic building. Please note that there is no elevator, and access is via stairs only. This is perfect for an authentic Florentine experience, but we do not recommend it for guests with mobility issues or very heavy luggage.

2. ​Location & Pedestrian Zone (ZTL): We are on Via Calzaioli, a fully pedestrianized area. Private cars are strictly prohibited, and you cannot drive directly to the front door.

3. ​Arrival by Car (Best Option): We highly recommend parking at Villa Costanza (dedicated exit from the A1 highway). Take the T1 Tramway to Santa Maria Novella Station (20 min). The apartment is then a 10-minute walk away.

4. ​Arrival by Plane: From Peretola Airport (FLR), take the T2 Tramway line directly to Santa Maria Novella Station (approx. 20 min). ​

5. Private Garages: Entering the city center by car is only possible via private garages (average cost €30-45/day), which will register your plate for ZTL access.

6. ​Mandatory Documents: By law, photos of all guests' IDs must be sent before arrival. Access codes will not be shared until documents are received. ​

7. Tourist Tax: The fee is €6 per night per adult (children under 12 are exempt).

On foot: All main sights are within a few minutes' walk.

​By Train: From SMN Station, a 10-minute walk through Piazza Duomo.

​From Airport: T2 Tramway to SMN Station, then a 10-minute walk. ​

By Car: We recommend Villa Costanza parking (A1 highway) + T1 Tramway to the station.

​Foodie Heaven: We are located moments away from Via de' Neri, world-renowned for its traditional trattorias and the legendary "schiacciata" sandwiches at All'Antico Vinaio. The vibrant San Lorenzo Central Market is also just a 10-minute walk away. ​
